## 1. Đã bật VPN và không truy cập được internet

* Tùy chính app sử dụng VPN chưa chính xác, hãy <mark style="background-color:blue;">xem hướng dẫn và cài đặt lại app</mark>

* Hãy chắc chắn bạn đã <mark style="background-color:blue;">cập nhật thời gian thực tế</mark> hiện tại
* Ngoài vùng phủ sóng, hãy <mark style="background-color:blue;">kiểm tra xem sim đã có sóng</mark> hay chưa, trước khi bật VPN wifi có internet hay không
* <mark style="background-color:blue;">Reset thiết bị</mark>
* Do file vpn bạn đang sử dụng đã hết hạn, đến giới hạn lưu lượng, bị die,... hãy <mark style="background-color:blue;">sử dụng file vpn khác và thử lại</mark>

## 2. Tắt VPN và không truy cập được internet

Hay gặp khi sử dụng [V2rayN ](/huong-dan-su-dung/pc-laptop/v2rayn.md)và [Clash](/huong-dan-su-dung/pc-laptop/clash.md) trên thiết bị PC, bạn cần <mark style="background-color:blue;">chú ý bước</mark> [<mark style="background-color:blue;">Dừng sử dụng</mark>](/huong-dan-su-dung/pc-laptop/v2rayn.md#dung-su-dung) vì nếu app sử dụng cấu hình proxy lúc sử dụng, tắt máy đột ngột mà không dừng sử dụng thì sẽ gặp lỗi\

Hãy tìm đến tùy chọn Sniffing và tắt nó đi, chỉ có vài app hỗ trợ tắt tùy chọn này như [V2rayN](/huong-dan-su-dung/pc-laptop/v2rayn.md), [v2rayNG](/huong-dan-su-dung/android/v2rayng.md)
